18,000 original miles on a Triton v10 engine, I am the second owner and I purchased it with 13,500 miles. It has a master bedroom with a queen size bed a bathroom with a glass enclosed shower and skylight, upgraded faucets in the bathroom, shower and The kitchen, also the outdoor shower. The rv has tons and tons of storage. Dual 13,500 btu ducted rooftop a/c units, furnace, hot water tank, refrigerator freezer, microwave hood combo, 3 burner gas stove. All appliances run on electric or LP gas and switch automatically. Kitchen table turns into bed as does the living room couch. RV has a 14ft hydraulic slide that expands the living room and kitchen. Has cruise, tilt, back up camera and a hydraulic leveling system. RV has a 5kw generac generator that has a on/off switch inside. Also has a factory towing package. As far as condition goes mechanically this RV rides and drives like a Cadillac and is in almost new condition, no rust or roof leaks ever. Now the issues, the the windows in the master bedroom should be resealed, the generator is not putting out enough power but starts and runs well, a couple of the tires have some weathering but lots of tread still, I'm not concerned at all about making trips but some people think differently. And the biggest issue yet probably the easiest to fix is the hydraulic motor, it needs to be grounded properly to the frame of the RV in order for the indoor switch to work, I have just been using a spare battery and using the switch on the hydraulic motor itself. I purchased this just recently to do some site seeing with my wife while I had a few minutes left extremely poor health condition but my wife didn't enjoy it at all which made it not much fun for me! That is the only reason I'm selling this RV.
