2017 Four Winds 31W: Ford e450 with 30,800 miles and Onan 4000w generator with 370 hours. Both had recent oil changes. Brand new tires less than 1000 miles on them , brakes over 10 cm 80. Mechanically super sound. Hydraulic leveling jacks. Interior includes residential fridge, 3 tvs one over cab, one in bedroom, one outside, queen size bed, slow rise curtains, tons of storage inside and out, pantry, cab over bed, jackknife sofa, kitchen table that turned into a bed, three burner stove, full size microwave, upgraded 2000w inverter runs fridge, front tv and one outlet perfect while driving , 200ah deep cycle batteries. Overall it is in great shape. No roof leaks. No RV has zero issues. There are a few issues that have been repaired since I bought it. License plate/ rear lights leaked but I had it professionally sealed with no current leaks. Former owner hit something so there is a small cosmetic blemish in the rear driver side about 2 3 inches long . It is cosmetic only and hardly noticeable. I am replacing the bulb seal on the slide in the next week or so. Slide leaked in the front/bottom corner with heavy rain while the slide was closed. No damage and will be repaired before you purchase it.
2013 Chevy Sonic: approximately 50,000 miles. Great, compact, lightweight vehicle perfect for excursions once you get to a campground. Fully set up for towing with Falcon system and Brake Buddy. KBB over 9K before 2 3K to set up to tow. No issues. Front brakes replaced less than 3K miles ago.
All the extras: 36 gallon Rhino tank, everything needed to live in this RV from linens, outdoor equipment, kitchenware, maintenance, bike racks, two bikes one child Rocksport, one adult Schwinn, sewer hoses, cleaning materials, towels, etc. You will literally be able to pick this up with your clothes and not have to buy anything to get started. I probably invested 2 3K in "stuff" to outfit this RV.
