I can't stand people who just walk on up into your site to make friends and chew your ear off. Or better show up at your door and just start saying "Hello? Hello?" until you stop enjoying what you are doing inside and answer the door.

BTW we recently stayed at one of the Carlsbad California state run parks and it was a pit. Homeless wandering around everywhere. Wait until one of them wanders up to say hello.

We just cover them. In the Pacific Northwest the thousand Trails/Encore sure could use upgrading but they are still our favorite. Large wooded with actual privacy on two maybe 3 sides. Oregon’s are basically in the forest.

#18 no fighting outside rv with your spouse.
We were camping and couple next to me had a new mh and a wild barking jumping dog. Wife said keep the dog off the rv furniture. After screamibg they both went inside and he exited within 5 minutes with the dog.
They sat outside for an hour alone.

Rule #1 should be: make sure to place supports under pop up tent trailer slide outs: We watched a couple pull in set up and go inside. 5 minutes later their slide out collapsed and they rolled out - naked-. They departed soon thereafter.

If rule #2 was allowed, you wouldn't know this.

But it sounds like the Dog and the Wife don't get along.

We use the dollar store plastic table cloths for lots and lots of things.
We have some clips we got somewhere that work with picnic tables even the thick concrete ones.

Or even inside…! We were parked next to a nice class A one time and listened to the most astonishing fight from inside. Wife was just screaming at the husband for like 30 minutes. She said some very unladylike things…. It was sort of funny for the first minute or two but then was just heartbreaking.

On a recent outing had a new etiquette experience. 3months ago I made a reservation for a nice lakefront site at national forest campground on a nice lake. So while we're sitting at our site watching boats go by, a couple brings their kayaks and chairs up to the waters edge and "stated this is all public access to the lake". So much for camping etiquette.

I just take off my clothes... you would be amazed at how many kayaks, chairs, coolers, and other stuff I have collected over the years.

Waiting in line is also my favorite thing to hate. We take a well-behaved (mostly) dog that is NEVER off leash and I intensely dislike people who allow their dogs to run loose and insist their dog is friendly and doesn't bite -- my answer to that is if it has teeth, it will bite at some point. And clean up after your critters too. One Chihuahua owner told me her dog's droppings were small so it doesn't matter if she doesn't pick up. Not until your kid steps in it I told her -- her kids were running amuck as well. *SIGH*

You know we are all preaching to the choir here. Of course none of us would do any of these things!

It would have pissed me off but that is the hazard of public access.

Funny you posted today about that!

just listen to this on the way to pick up my RV today.

High water tide line here in NC is fair game

Yakers and boaters fish all up on my docks. They leave me all kinds of lures! ha
