Bunk bed won't go up

I thought I had seen an earlier post on the fix for this but can't find it. Our front bunk bounced down today and when I tried to fix it by lowering and raising all the way. It will only come up from the bottom about six inches on one end. The other seems to raise ok. Any ideas. On the road.

I also had this issue recently in my 2016 37 KT and after much trial and error found out the motors are not syncing, i brought the bunk all the way down and tried to raise it each time it started off crooked I would bring it back down and repeated the raising procedure, after the the 3rd or 4th attempt it went back up evenly. ( be sure not to go up to high or you will knock them out of synch again, something I was not told is to make sure the pins are in place when driving otherwise the bunk will creep down while driving. Hope this works for you
