2013 Ace 30.1 furniture upgrade

My wife and I bought a 2013 Ace 30.1 about a month ago. The furniture is in bad shape. Can anyone recommend a vendor for replacement furniture? Also, we do not care for the wall colors. Has anyone had any luck painting or otherwise changing wall colors? Thanks in advance? I have learned a lot from other posts!

I’m sure you’ll get a lot of responses to this. I’ve not replace any furniture but I’ve seen many posts and ads about it. A quick internet search for RV furniture will turn up many options. And most seem pretty reasonably priced to me! Once you’ve got the old furniture out of the way I think you could use a good heavy duty wallpaper to make the walls perfect. Good luck and enjoy the projects and the camping!

Check Shop4Seats. Just replaced the old sofa bed and 2 captain chairs with double recliners sofa.

The wallpaper used is more like contact paper than the paste and hang wallpaper you use on your bricks and sticks walls. As long as the coach wallpaper is holding tight to the wall you can put similar contact-like paper over it. The paper you want is sold in big box stores, more likely in squares than rolls. In the 4 RV's I've owned the wallpaper was pretty similarly bland. Not much to like or dislike.
As an alternative to new paper I have seen folks add their own personality to their rigs by putting up wallpaper borders on their existing paper--along the ceiling or as a faux chair rail accent. This can add color without overdoing it in small spaces. And it is easier to do and easier to change down the road then total repapering.
The general rule is not to paint over wallpaper, probably because the paint will craze with time and removing painted on wallpaper may damage the walls. I know this from experience in my bricks and sticks but don't know if that is an issue for RV's.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, we had searched for RV furniture but were looking for someone that had good luck and was satisfied. Thanks for the recommendations on the wall covering as well!!

I have mentioned Shop4Seats because I am very satisfied with the furniture and their service as well. Please, check my previous posts. I will just mention that I had some issues with my order and after several unsuccessfull attempts to correct them Shop4Seats not only replaced the old set with the new one but they also upgraded the double recliner with the power option, free of charge.
