2015 Ace 29. Water Heater

I just purchased a 2016 ACE 29.3 RV. Is there a way to control
the temp. of the water? Is there a thermostat somewhere?

No they all pretty much preset

You can purchase an aftermarket adjustable thermostat for the water heater and there are numerous You Tube videos on how to install one.
