2017 ACE 29.4 De winterizing ???

Purchased used and looking to set out this April. Dealer has winterized the MH. I want to be sure I won't have water issues when I hook up to city water at the campground. i am not sure which valves to open or close. the picture has arrows pointing to (Blk out line) to two valves, the yellow out lined arrows point to intakes and out take lines from ???? the red outlined arrow points to tubes going ???
