Dumb Newbie Question about 2019 Thor Freedom Elite:

How do I drain my fresh water tank ? Can't find the valve to open the drain.

(told you that I am a real Newbie!!)

Which model?

There should be a drain pigtail below the MH near the FW tank. Work your way back from that to the drain valve.

Some models do not have a separate tank drain and drain the tank through the cold water low side drain.

Go to the Thor owner resource page and enter your Vin. A fresh water diagram should be there and that will have the location of the drain. Or, you can contact Thor and ask them for the diagram.

Our fresh water tank sits in the seat of the dinette and the drain is next to it the tank. You have to take the seat off and reach down next to it. Not sure if your model is similar.

Thank you. i just had a flashback to the dealer's introduction when we picked the EV up- it is under the dinette bench. Appreciate all the help!
