Does it squeak when you operate it or does it squeak as you travel down the road?

Try getting some penetrating oil into the hinges, and the latches.
Good luck!

My door was squeaky as well.

I lubed both the doors then added some stick on rubber bumpers in various places (Double stacked some of them). Where the doors meet they would rub and cause noise so I used the thin one there. I also added bumpers to the outside door so when its closed it make contact with the screen door to keep it steady while driving. This helped 85% of the noise but when its cold outside it squeaks worse or if the roads are rough it will rattle some.

Oh also the bottom of my screen door rattles so I wedged some foam materal where the I could to reduce the rattle of that bottom kick plate. Just knock on your screen door lightly all over to see where the rattles are then seal them one by one.
