2017 Hot Vegas Cockpit Curtains

Our curtains are starting to fray from the sun beating down on them, does anyone know where to get another set of curtains

Side Curtains

Ours fell apart within the first year on our 2016 Axis 24.1. They were replaced under warranty so they were obtained through Thor. Since then, we use the Magneshades on the outside and keep the curtains in the stored position.

We cut the deteriorated part of the curtains off and now store the coach with the foil window shades.

When camping we have an exterior window cover (like the Magneshade) to keep the sun out.

Now we only use the curtains at night for privacy.

We don't have a MagnaShade. When the liner in our front curtains disintegrated from the sun, we went to JoAnns and got some thick curtain liner and Mrs S pulled her old sewing machine out of the closet. It was an easy fix. They have lasted over two years and seem to be holding up well.

I use a giant silver sunscreen like for a car to reflect the sun away. Makes a big difference in the heat from that enormous front windshield.

I asked CW, Bartow, FL for a quote on replacing my curtains, which have suffered the same fate as many others. I got a call today telling me that the privacy curtains were custom made items and the cost to replace them would be $150.00 plus taxes and shipping.
