2019 Quantum KW29 radio

Picked up this unit recently and have a radio, Nav screen, etc. problem. When the lights are on the display goes time and then lightens back up continuously. Works fine when the lights are off.

Any thoughts?

Maybe your dash dimmer.
Check its position, and see what the radio does.

Dimmer works fine when lights are off. Has no impact when lights are on. Wierd

New coach and radio system. I will look for a dim screen adjustment and post if I find one and it helps.
Thanks

Mine does the same thing, Thor changed radio unit 3 times...no luck. You have to turn the dash dimmer all the way up like your turning on the dome light...its the only thing that worked for me....hope that helps.

I did find that worked. Seriously lame that there isn’t a fix for this. Thanks for all the input guys.

I'm pretty sure changing the aux power feed line(someone said it's small and yellow) from the dimmer circuit to regular power will fix this for you.

Thanks Duckface. I’ll give that a try.
