hi our table pole between the driver passenger sits securely in the stand. When we sit the actual table on top it does not lock in and rotates..is this normal?

Not sure about your Vegas but there is no "lock" on the the table top between the seats in our ACE, so yes it will swivel

Yes, it is normal.

Yup; our pole(s) are tapered and thus you can push down on it to snug it up so it doesn't turn too much.
