If you don't have tire valve extenders to reach them, you should think about buying a set and putting them on. Very handy items.

How can any manufacturer sell a dual rear wheel vehicle with no extenders to check inside tire pressures?

If you peek around between the tires, you can find the valve for the inner tire and it can be swiveled so that you can access it from the front. Not ideal but it how I check it.

Easy! They put it on the lot & someone buys it!
To the OP you're definitely going to have to pull the wheel covers to check air pressure &/or to add extensions.

Another thing to remember that if you pull the wheel simulators off multiple times, they become loose and could fall off while driving. I lost one last year because I did not have valve extenders. I had to buy a replacement and I then added the valve extenders. I also used zip ties on each wheel simulator to be sure they stay on each wheel.

Many people have good luck with extenders but I’m. It among them. I had a set of actual dually valves installed and they are a once and for solution. Puts both stems on the outside wheel nice and solidly. Not especially cheap as the tires must be dismounted and remounted after replacing the valve. Mine cost about $350. Would only be about $100 if you do it when you buy new tires.
