Bedroom slide window

Has anyone other than myself had the small window in the bedroom slide come apart as I tried to unlock it to open the darn thing? This is on our 2017 Challenger 37lx.

By "come apart": what exactly happened?
Did the window fall out of the hole in the wall?
Did the glass fall out of the framework?

A bit more information will help!

Not the same model as yours but I've had the part of the sliding window that you pull to open come off on 3 windows. I gave up trying to get it back on using the rubber piece so used glue. Don't know if this is the problem you're speaking about?

So here is exactly what happens: after being told to open the windows in the bedroom by CEO (ok’ lady) I unlocked the small window in bedroom slide then was attempting to open it when the top medal piece with the locking mechanism in it came off the top of the window and screen and onto the floor. Widow will open with some effort but will not stay open. Top medal piece might have been glued??? Not sure. I can use to top piece to prop open the window. I can also shove it back on to lock it. Real pane ( get it ) in the donkey!

I had one of ours come apart but our windows are hinged at the top. I had to tape it down with duck tape until we got home. Had to drill the rivets, reassemble and then used sheet metal screws. What holds the piece on that is in the photo? The only thing I can say is maybe a local window installer? If you are still in warranty, take it to the dealer if you can.
