The freon is leaking out at your feet?
The cold air is coming out when the a/c is off?
Water dripping on floor?
More details needed for anyone to make an educated guess as to your problem

Thor Sprinter 2016 when we turn on the air conditioner, water leaks on the passenger side floor. No water when air conditioner is off.

Sounds like the condensation drain is plugged. Does any water drain out from under the van when the a/c is running? If the drain hole is plugged or partially plugged the water is seeking the lowest point and seems in your case that would be in the cab.
You might have a mud dobber nest plugging the drain opening

The condensation hose is probably loose or clogged

Look under dash for a hose going thru the floor, check to make sure it's still attached to ac unit
If no hose on the inside check under passanger side for a hose or wet spot.
Let us know what you find.
