What are these on the door for?

Hi Everyone,
Recently bought a used 2019 Four Winds 28A. I got these button things on the back of our bathroom door. Is it for a towel rack of some sort? I searched the threads and didn’t see anything. Sorry if this has already been asked before. Thanks for any help.

Hard to tell from pic but a guess would be maybe the mountings for a mirror

from a distance it looks like they might be the same little circles of velcro hooks that are spaced along the top edge of my windshield for the privacy curtain

Our bathroom door has two straight towel pegs spaced the same way. It looks like someone unscrewed the peg part and left the threaded base parts in place on yours.
