We had a couple that were stripped on our Ace 29.3, but our awning had several other spots to just drive another lag bolt through. I personally would not let them take the side of your coach off for those bolts, even if I had to drill a hole below the original hole. Just drill through bracket only. Then sink a new lag bolt of same size and length. Take old lag out fill with sikaflex or dicor or silicone and put lag back in. IMHO
