Awning and Jacks not extending

Can some suggest options to trouble shoot in a 21 Axis 24.1. I have replaced fuses just in case . Where can be the fault . Slides and bunks work. I have tried BMPro screen and manual and via Bluetooth . We are out camping for a WK . Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Jacks have a 100 amp fuse breaker in the battery compartment. If you see the yellow flag sticking out, push it back in

Your mh is different that mine so the fuse may be in a different spot. It is not a fuse you replace when bad. When tripped the flag pops out

What kind of "Jacks"? AFAIK the Axis/Vegas don't come with leveling jacks as standard equipment, maybe not even stabilizer jacks.

Check your awning - is it rolled up backwards? Try to retract it.

Right. The BMPro should have nothing to do with the jacks, but it does control the awnings. Jack’s often use the same 100A breaker as the gen starter. Does the gen start? If not check the breaker.

For the awnings, select A1 and hit retract or extend. Sometimes the little icon doesn’t work.

The BMPro is an elegant POS IMHO.

I second that... If it's getting juice, you can hear the motor trying to turn. One problem solved...
