axxera /AVM211NAV

I got an error msg on my 211NAV, "Application MobleNavigator.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down". It will not pull up any maps after this and I'm unsure how to clear. Anyone experience this issue?

I would power off, remove SD card and reinstall it. Then power it up. I had that happen a couple of days ago after CW replaced my radio.

That sounds sd card to me.
Exe file if you're unlucky.
How old is that map?
I upgraded a windows me(yup, I did. Not proud of it, but it all still works)map last month on another vehicle.

We have an Axxera AVM211 NAV in our new Thor ACE. I was having some issues and was told by a dealer to download the Axxera RV NAV app to my iPnone so I did. I downloaded a couple of state maps but how do I use them on the unit? I saw someone mention downloading the maps to the SD card, how do I do that? Is that how you get the navigation to work?
