Battery Charging During Storage

Hi... I am wondering whether I can use my solar panels to keep my house batteries charged while the coach is in storage without any external power available. Currently, I open the 12VDC disconnect relay when storing it. I know that this prevents parasitic loads from draining the batteries. However, does it also prevent the solar system from charging the batteries? My solar system is small, but I would think it could overcome parasitic losses if operating. Any advice would be appreciated!

Usually the solar panels are wired directly to the batteries through a charge controller. The solar charging system does not include the chassis battery disconnected (use/store switch).

Mine does but it was an after market installation to my specifications and it charges coach and house batteries on two separate circuits.

Determine how yours was installed to answer your question.
