If I understand correctly your generator will not start after you are parked for two days. In most RVs the generator starts from the house batteries, not the chassis batteries. Therefore use a volt meter to check your house battery bank after you have been parked for 2 days and plugged into shore power. (If you are new to RV life, a voltmeter is a really useful.). You should have 12.1-12.5 volts. If not, something is wrong with your house battery charging system. if your battery show good voltage, then check to see if current is coming to the generator.
