I am prone to believe that if you need 1 then 2 is better.
Our propane alert is not where I would expect a propane leak to begin.
We will install a couple more.
Now I'm,humming Propane by Eric Clapton.

Yup 1 is none and 2 is twice as much something like that 
The one inside is across from stove and water heater so that make sense, but I would think one near the tank outside would be a smart thing especially if it could be wired to alarm inside. Same goes for gas furnace which is at the rear of the coach. Maybe they assume that if it is leaking outside there is no worry?

mine did that when i left the key in the ignation. i had to reset the coach.. turn off the dat. switch and unplug it from shore power for for a few seconds that stoped my beeping. it was the warning from stablizers with the key in it though the coach was on

My sensor on the base of the couch/bed behind the drivers seat was beeping because I had something sitting in between the driver's seat and the sensor too close to the sensor, I moved the object and the beeping stopped.

Beeping could have been coming from special onboard RV Proton Pack? A energy based device used for capturing and entrapping ghosts. I think they were used in the Ghostbusters movie. If you don't heed the warning beeps; it may have released those ghosts, or OP got consumed into the Proton Pack himself

I had an annoying beeping once. Turned out the levelers were slightly out of being full up. Hit the switch one time for "up" and it was solved.

Found the solution
The beeping sound for every 30 seconds came from awning because of the AA battery for motion sensor was low.
By changing them with new ones the beeping are gone.

It is the end of the awning.
It is a small black box attached with two screws to the frame of the awning.
Unscrew and take the box off the frame then you will find 4 screws holding down the battery cover.
