Where the heck is my slide controller?

I just purchased a Thor Chateau 28F. This unit has one big slide on the passenger side. I can not find the slide controller. The Thor manual doesn't help much because it is generic and not specific to my unit. The manual states that the controller is either in a door just beneath the slide out or it is located under the bed. I can not find the controller at either of these locations. Does anyone know where the controller is located on my unit?

The most common location is on the ceiling of an outside storage compartment below the respective slide.

We have a Thor Chateau 31L and one slide is in a storage compartment and the other is under the bed.

Can you tell me where you found it? I have the same problem.
