Brake Buddy Lack of power

Hi,
New forum member here with a question.
We have a 2018 Thor Aria, and I have had a Brake Buddy with power hard wired to my Buick Envision, my tow vehicle. When I am towing and hooked up to the coach with the pigtail, all my lights work fine, brake, turn signals etc.. but now I am not getting power to the brake Buddy. I had Camping do the install, and brought the car and Brake Buddy back for troubleshooting. All the wiring and Brake Buddy work fine when hooked to a separate power source. Any thoughts or advice? Thanks so much!

Fuse ( in fuse box) for the 12VDC line in the 7 pin. Did you check that?
