A couple of D-Rings and some handcuffs?

Seriously: how old are they?
Generally speaking: any dedent netting, that is backed-up with some nylon straps will hold them...

...once the "gravity" of the situation has been properly explained!

Thor actually offers a pretty decent containment system in the rigs: get a close look at one!

We did exactly what you are saying... buttons that Thor used were replaced with a type of knob that netting could loop around. It can be used to keep kiddos safe but also use to keep storage from falling down when driving!

We have twin grandsons 8 Year’s old. Same concern. We bought a Swing Down extra long bed rail net. Model 2220 at www.regalo-baby.com phone 952-435-1080. Very pleased. Secured under mattress and folds to store there also.

Bob No picture since RV is in storage. I gave you the website - go there and search 2220. All details are there.

I was wondering if that would work, but our rig has a lip that comes up to. secure the bunk itself, so I don't think it would go under like it shows in the photo..

Our hurricane has the lip as well. The web “cage “ will fit as the mattress is a bit narrower , couple inches, than the bunk.

Six is a fun age!
They're old enough to actually understand the instructions that you give...

...But young enough to not care!!
