It's sometimes, if they bother to fill in their profile information, easy tell where a forum member lives.
I'd drive a considerable distance to check it out for you. I have to assume if you contact other members they would make the drive also.

Plus tax and title does NOT mean out the door.
It means where I'm from 11 percent tax and two percent licensing. That's an additional $8,000 or more to you if you misunderstood.
Plus the $3,000 if you don't finance through them.

Get something official.

That sounds like a sweet deal.
That should equate to 58 or 59% of retail list, so that’s the number you want.
Most used ‘18 rigs with 10k miles will have an ask price of more than that.
Keep us posted of what you find.

I assume that's new old stock?
Why hasn't it sold up to now?
Was it a damaged or returned unit?
Inspect that roof with a fine tooth comb.
Thy should include new house batteries, not the ones that have been sitting in it on the lot likely discharged multiple times.
Look underneath it and inside the hood very carefully for damage repair.
With the 2021s just about to be released that is already 3 years old.
It may be a great deal but look at it with eyes wide open and don't be afraid to haggle it down further or walk away.

I purchased a new ‘17, built 18 months earlier, in Aug ‘18. The dealer finally was able to get $$$ from Thor to reduce it.
Enough to make it a great deal.
That is, all the used ‘17s I looked at were more expensive.

All of that said...the beauty of a new rig (if all checks out OK) is that your “in-service date” is the day you purchase.
So you get a 1 year warranty on the Thor box + a 3yr/36 miles on the Ford chassis.

And I agree with 16ACE27: make them throw-in two new house batteries. My house batteries immediately failed after I took possession, they were dry (my chassis battery is still fine).

We truly like our Axis....
be sure to check the side windows up front...the caulk they use on the exterior is not the best...if water enters those side walls (chip board) you will get bulges from expansion.
