A/C not cooling

Outside temp was about 90* but could not get 2013 Siesta Sprinter to cool inside....units were running but couldn't do the job -- anyone else having this problem and other than parking in shade, any remedies?

Covering the windshield will help. The area on those sprinter vans is really big, and acts like solar heating. The other thing if you have duct work, coming out of the roof, pull those vents shine a light in there, and take duct tape and seal the areas that are not passage ways. Some time the cold air will escape between the foam

My opinion is, there is something wrong with the AC on your rig. Either the unit it's self, or the ducting.
