Glasses Resort on Oklahoma side of lake Texoma over Labor Day weekend, small sites but nice. Watched a young guy doing tricks with water jet powered boots, looked like a lot of fun!

Labor Day. This is our summer "beach house" on the west coast of Florida. Packing up RV and boat and heading home in the morning. Too close to the coast and in a flood zone here. Home is 50 miles inland from the east coast of Florida and at 54ft above sea level. She might be safer there from water, but wind and tornados pose a different threat.

Labor Day Creede hot air balloon festival. Front row seats from our space at Mountain Views RV Resort every year.Just get a fresh cup of coffee and watch them float down the San Luis Valley thru our windshield.

Hope all made it home well from Labor Day travels. We went to "Warriors Creek" Campgrounds on Scott Kerr Lake just outside of Boomer NC. We had site #39 that was on a large loop with 4 other sites that looked over the Yadkin River on one side and Scott Kerr lake on the other. ACE so only water and electric but at $12/nite thanks to Senior Pass, a great deal!
Pictures show dogs resting as I'm cooking and the (almost) full moon.

we have 2 new favorite Campgrounds ... in Nebraska !
Camp Away in Lincoln and Victorian Acres in Nebraska City.
Camp Away is a bit pricey, but is well situated in Lincoln and has a lot of kid friendly things to keep them occupied...many trees and nice spaces.
Victorian Acres is outside Nebraska City..nice spaces with many trees, lots of grass . Reasonable price..no cable, but had 40 antenna channels...not that important anyway !
