Camping Suggestions in IL

New to the RV world and are looking for good suggestions on Camp Grounds in and around New Lenox, IL - Any suggestions welcomed!!

Being not familiar with that area, have you tried to Search Google for Campground for that area? They should show you what is available.

Take a drive south and enjoy Kickapoo State Rec.

We enjoyed this park this summer on two occasions, hiking, kayaking and lounging. Only a short 1,800 mi drive for us.
Electric at sites, water and dump at central point.

As before Google camping or check your Illinios State parks website.

Not far from Kickapoo is Forrest Glen county park. Nice quiet park out in the country east of Geprgetown. Jim.

Kankakee River State Park Potawatomi Campground 110 sites with electric. Also has a dump station and shower houses, maybe an hour from New Lenox. Did you get that new ACE at Terry's?
