I like many have had bad experiences from CW. They just bought the dealer that I use locally for service. Uggg! The article in our local news has almost 200 comments about how bad the service is at CW here. In the thread I found this link with CW horror stories.

It may be the same folks now, but once CWs lack of ethical behavior trickles down, it will be just another f'n CW.

When CW bought the best RV dealer we had in our area it took 3 months for the nepotism to take over all management positions and all of the good service technicians to leave and go to other dealers.

We have a CW near us.
They bought an existing dealership 2-3 years ago.
We've never experienced any bad service after CW took over.
Always are easy to work with.
Bought a 2021 sv34 from them last June

CW may hold the paperwork: but the employees own their own work ethic. It's up to management to encourage them to remember it.
