Chassis Battery displaying as 0.1V on Multiplex Console Panel

We have a Siesta SJ 2019. The House Battery shows 14.1V, and no matter if the engine is on or off, the Chassis Battery shows 0.1V on the Firefly Multiplex Console.

Our RV starts just fine every time, with no warning indicators on the dash. After talking with Firefly, they said that there might be an inverter problem.

Anyone else have this problem or any ideas? We can check the inverter by plugging in a small appliance - but have no manuals for a converter/inverter.

well, the inverter would have nothing to do with the reading, or the chassis batteries, or anything from that angle, as it's only job is to 'invert'(change) 12v battery power to 120v power, for your outlets.

I suppose you simply have a 'stuck' readout - which is not either actually reading the voltage, or the screen for that particular portion is 'frozen'.... you may need to 'reboot' the computer, as they say...

Your "Firefly" may need to have an expert take a look under it' skirts...
The reading is obviously wrong. The important question is: "Why"?
Good luck!

The corner panel shows both batteries and the house batteries are good so I don't think its frozen. Have kicked the power on and off several times - that didn't work either. I think Firefly may be replacing the unit anyway since it doesn't appear to have Auto Gen functionality. I suspect a wire is not connected somewhere. I shall check the inverter just for grins.

There was a disconnected wire under the bed that needed to be hooked to the G8 unit. When connected - voila! - the correct chassis voltage was displayed on the Firefly screen.
