Chassis battery not charging - Axis/Vegas

Hello, I recently noticed after sitting on shore power for a week, that while I was using my dash usb and cigarette lighter to power a couple things, the battery died. Is the chassis battery not tied in to charging while on SP?
I did install a battery monitor and shunt and ran all negatives to the shunt but other than that everything is normal.

The chassis battery IS supposed to charge from the converter in the Axis/Vegas line or RUVs IF the BIRD/BIM is wired correctly and working as designed.

couple of things....be patient I am typing with 2 fingers and will be brief!
there is a disconnect at the battery under the hood, it is likely tripped yellow or red flag.
I installed two led voltage monitors when the engine battery is reading lower than the coach on shore power I start the engine and the switching system corrects its self....don't know why it just works.
