CHF, this looks different on my 2015 Miramar 34.2

My coach has an added bracket that goes in both holes , see picture, should I still place the bar coming down in the second hole or does this bracket accomplish that already. I'm about to do the CHF right now but this stopped me... Any ideas?

Does not accomplish the same thing. Move the arm to the inside hole and swap the bracket around.

That piece is called the Z bolt, remove it, move your link to the other hole, flip the bolt, add loctite, and torque to 66 ft/lbs. Done!
