Hurricane cousin...
Empty and winterized - below zero.
Occupied - don’t think we’ve been below 20’s - have had it with 6” of snow on roof.
Issue is keeping the occupants warm - you can almost watch the propane gauge move with furnace running...
Electric heaters and/or Extend-a-stay style propane adapter recommended.

No issues with mechanicals.. Our fresh water tank is mid ships between dinette and bathroom... dropped water line to RV at night (heated option could be used there).
Would dump some antifreeze in drains if extended time... mainly to protect the tank to dump valve pipe.

Thanks for the info. Will be staying for 10 days in an area where the nights will be around zero and the days around 25.

Definitely colder than I have done... See if others chime in, but my thoughts:

Good electrical hookup (30A or 50A) I hope?? As you will want some electric heaters running for occupants comfort.
As I said the propane heater will be VERY thirsty - and tends to be a load on batteries for the blower motor if not plugged in/charging.

If you don't need to use onboard water - leaving winterized would be safest. If you need to use - I'd start with extra antifreeze in the dump tanks - again my main concern is the drain pipe to dump valve - the tank itself has lots of expansion room. (If hooked up to sewer - leave gray open... but that's not recommended with black for 'piling' reasons.)
Stay warm!!
