hi everone.
i'm looking for info on what is needed on installing a heat strip in a mach 48000 series ac that's strip ready. also any hack installation to save on parts.

All you need is the lower (inside) cowling and the heat strip. The cowling with the heat strip has an extra position on the switch and the temperature control is also different. This would be for a non-ducted system. For a ducted system with a thermostat, it is a little more complicated because the typical RV thermostat considers the heat to be the furnace. PPL has all the parts you need.
