Conversation mirror

The conversation mirror in my 2017 ACE 29.4 is not at the proper angle for seeing what is going on in the coach while driving. I discovered that if I tap the button that lowers the bed a few times, the mirror can be moved to the correct angle, but the bed will no longer hit the magnets designed to hold it in place while driving. I'm thinking if I could adjust the location of the magnets (or maybe install a second set of magnets) I could use the mirror for what it was designed for. Has anyone else had this problem and have you found a workable solution? Can a second set of magnets be ordered, and if so, where could they be ordered from?

I would be careful lowering the bed a few inches so the mirror works better. All the instructions from the Schwintek people and problems with those beds indicate that you should not partially lower or retract the bed. Doing that will eventually get the two motors out of sync and jam the bed. Same thing with your slide.
