I have a 2017 Class C Freedom Elite 26HE with an Axxera radio/backup camera. It worked when I first got it this summer after I figured out on my own had no owners manual. Just took it on a trip to the North Shore and could not get radio or camera to work while driving but when hooked to shore power it works. I checked chassis battery was in use mode and pushed reset with pin on the unit. Would appreciate any suggestions on fixing.

We had the same problem. We took it to the dealer and discovered that in order for it to work the main power switch in the coach has to be on. We were driving with it off. Works fine now that we keep that switch on. Hope that helps.
