Yeah, i called general customer svc line early on about a few minor issues and questions.....
some times I was able to get through reasonably quick enough, some times I was on hold forever, and sometimes not at all.
I learned, at least in my limited experience, that it's a waste of time to leave a voicemail.
they would never call back.
Once you get a live person, if it's something they can take care of then and there, great, otherwise it might take a while.
Once their guy called me, he has been a responsive point of contact.
