Dealership Question

Has anyone else ever purchased an RV from Buckeye RV in Ohio? I'm not real happy with them right now, but need to know other people's experience with them. Any info will be appreciated.

Details. Inquiring minds want to know.

Maybe someone here has resolved similar issues with a different dealer.

We had to return it for some minor repairs before ever using it. We left a set of extended curtains in the overhead bed area. Repairs took over 3 months, and one was not done properly(which I have now fixed myself.) What's really irritating is that the long curtains are missing. Their answer is that they aren't responsible for items left in the RV.

I'm sorry to hear that your repairs weren't properly completed, and that curtains went missing.
But this does point to one very simple rule: Never leave anything in a vehicle when it goes in for repairs. (unless you don't mind losing it... )
You can try taking the issue up with the owner of the Dealership, and they might replace them for you for one reason: they don't like headaches!
Good luck!
