My 14 Hurricane doing same on everything.. couch, dinette, and captains chairs... Many other models having same issue.
The material used is not holding up to sweat and oils from skin... can see that in where it is flaking.
Unfortunately the problem didn’t manifest until well out of warranty. Thor is aware, but no remedy from them.
Looking at recovering or replacing components unfortunately...
There are other threads on subject.

Your problem with the seats is the same thing mine is doing. Mine is a 2014 Hurricane. I believe it is the cheap kind of upholstery they use in the less expensive RV's. After sitting on the dining seat, the floor looks like it has dandruff. In Texas it will cost around $3,000 to re-upholster the coach. dining, couch and captains chairs. Rest of the coach looks great. To help with the flaking I made slip covers from twin flat sheets. Until we can save up to get the re-upholster done

It would be less expensive to buy new furniture.

Probably true but it’s a local guy I’ve used before once bitten twice shy
