Direct TV Question

All

Thanks in advance for ideas on this topic.

I have a 2017 Tuscany 45AT. The Direct TV dish powers two of the TV's. One above the dash and the other large TV in the sitting area. There are two additional TV's (Bedroom and outside) that I would like to be able to watch Direct TV on, but cannot figure out how to connect to Direct box. I called Direct TV and it became comical trying to explain the problem with running cables in an RV.

Has anyone solved this problem? Any ideas? much more fun to sit out side and watch the satellite games.

Again, thanks in advance.

We have a 2015 Tuscany 40DX. You need two Directv receivers to get the other two TV's on. We have an HDMI extension box in the front of the coach and another one in the BR. The BR controls both the outside TV and BR TV. Ditto for the front of the coach. I don't think it is possible to watch the front Directv receiver in the BR or vice versa. The HDMI extender box allows you to choose between the Blue Ray player and the Directv receiver in each place. The SAT antenna is SWM so the antenna on the roof will power up both DirecTV receivers. I think by pressing the correct buttons on the HDMI box you can watch either the Directv or Blue Ray separately. Never use the outside TV or the dinning room tv's. Clear as mud?

Thanks - I think I understand it. I am going to move the box from the front to the rear and test the configuration before ordering a 2nd box.

Sounds like a good plan! You'll need a short coax to hook it up. And a short HDMI cable to hook to the extender HDMI box. TV is probably already hooked up to HDMI box?
