Dish Remote

Has anyone been able to pair a Dish 54.0 remote to their Axxera tv? I’ve tried everything I can think of even called Dish support (that was a real waste of time) she said she would forward the info to their engineering Dept.
The tv isn’t listed and can’t find a 4 digit code.

The other option is that your Wally remote needs to be replaced

The Wally is only about 6 months old. Works perfectly. The remote works perfectly. The Axxera tv isn’t listed in the list of tv’s to pair to the remote and customer service couldn’t find it either. The Axxera remote works fine. I am trying to pair the Dish remote to the Axxera.
I checked on the 2 boxes in my house and it wasn’t listed on either of them. )I don’t have Axxera in my house I was just checking. Thanks

Yes I did and don't remember what I did. It's a new Wally and it is paired. my problem is the dealer had installed a playmaker on before I bought the coach (put on previously for sale that fell through). It's the 1LRB and has very weak reception and this last trip there was only 1 location that had a clear view of the SW sky and dish needs to update the receiver but of course can't unless I can "see" the satellites. My previous DP I put on a Roadtrip and it had a much better antenna, course it cost a bunch more also.
