We don’t know what this switch does.

We are new owners of a 2013 Thor Citation and are still learning about it. There is a switch above our sink, and we can’t figure out what it does, nor could the dealer who sold it to us.
I’ve tried to attach a photo below, and the switch is circled in red.
Can someone tell us what it is for?
Thx

To my eyes it looks like you circled a light?

Switch

It’s just on the far side of that light. Big black switch under the cabinet. Looks like the attached photo.

OEM switch

I was thinking it was added by a previous owner, but a search online found this used 2013 Citation in IL that also has it.
Now, is it a 12VDC switch?
Maybe electric awning, awning lights, or for the optional exterior TV on that wall.

The brochure says there is a "Electric Euro-skylight", could it be for that?

That's a standard 12 VDC rocker switch. with no markings, in a RV it could control:

Water pump (as mentioned)
Water heater (not likely - they have a pretty distinct switch and fault light)
Porch light
Awning LED lights (wouldn't see that unless the awning was rolled out)
Interior light (maybe one that's burnt out)
Fan - either stove vent or overhead fan (Overhead would not operate unless the vent cover was open)
Not awning or slide unless it's a 3 position switch with spring return to center.

That's all I can think of right now. Of course if it was added by a previous owner the possibilities really open up.

Is it a momentary switch (i.e. you have to hold it in the "ON" position). Since it is near the sink, it could be for a macerator. My outdoor kitchen sink uses that type of switch for a macerator because the outdoor sink drain is below the gray tank.

If that is what it is for, it would make a lot of noise when you hold it to the ON position.

Is it a switch for the light right next to it? As well as the firefly system in my coach there are a couple of strategically placed switches that when held down act as dimmers.

Another this is do you have a vent fan in the kitchen area?

If you have access to the wiring behind the switch, you could check to see if it has power going to it. You might have to remove the switch to locate any wiring going to it.

That looks like the same set up as my Synergy.
On mine, that switch turns on the lights above the sink and stove.

On the Vegas/Axis line as well as some of the small class Cs, there is a switch under the cabinet near this location that controls the vent fan. There is a switch on the actual fan that must be in the "on" position for the cabinet rocker switch to work. Try that. Otherwise, go to the coach at night and start looking for lights that it may control. Good luck. My money is on the "fan control".

Do you have an exhaust fan above the galley area? it probably turns the power off to it.

Storage bay lights maybe? Or is there some "option" you don't have that it could control if you had it?

I bet fan but the fan is turned off at the fan so you don't make the connection between the two. Take a look
