My money's say it is a typo. It is probably $119,000
If it is real price, I would keep it under the radar until he can verify the owner has a clear title; if so I go see it ASAP and if it starts, slides works, genset runs, plumbing check and all of the basic 20 min eyeball checks, I buy it Johnny on the spot. I then would take it to a Dealer and trade it in put the money in the bank.
Then with about $50k profit, I go find whatever it was that I was looking at before but did not pull the trigger on; likely because of price; and buy it. But before I do, I would make sure I have plenty of gas money

If truly a scam, the goal may not be money, but mere tactic of phishing to get email addresses and or other personal info.
I can't recall the exact specifics, but I do remember finding a fairly new RV that had similar low price about 3 years ago. Turned out one side of the RV had been burned and a lot of orange peeling on the inside due to heat damage but it was in otherwise good condition. The owner did not try to hide the damage or the salvage title once contacted.
But given I am in the camp of viewing adding water to batteries as a major PITA that coach was not for me
