Here's everything you need...

Suspension Connection E450 Air Lifts

or

Shockwarehouse E450 Air Springs

Good luck and please report back to us on what you decided

I'm intrigued by the front airsprings
They are an ez install and are available on Amazon Prime for the best price anywhere.
I currently have SUMO Springs on the front, but these Air Springs may add additional lift and softer absorption from bumps on bad roads.

Amazon-Air Lift 80531 for E450 Front

In my opinion, the Vegas/Axis rear leaf springs are plenty sturdy. I currently have SUMO Springs on my rear end so I'm not interested in Air Lifts for the rear.

Those front bags you listed are only 22 bucks if you scroll down to the used price.
I buy a lot of used stuff on ebay. It has always, for Me, meant a scuffed but unopened box.

They won't fit my front end(they'll fit yours though. Mine is now a straight axle)or I'd have bought them at 22 bucks!

Those look pretty sweet.

I guess you could adjust them front to back to help level the rig (when parked) if you dont have Hydraulic levelers. Would make using the lego blocks less challenging. Get it "Close enough" with the blocks.... then add some air to the front or back (or both) to fine tune it.

I wonder if they are much smoother than the Sumo's.

AirLift 1000 - air shocks on front end of E450

I just completed successful install of Airlift 1000 air shocks on the front of my Vegas 24.1
It was quite difficult
1) jack up front (I used my hydraulic levelers on blocks)
2) remove tire & rim
3) compress front spring so that it can be removed far enough to access the top spring opening to insert Airlift bladder (hint: you need to purchase or rent spring compressors. I got mine from Amazon for $40)
4) insert bladder (hint: you must compress the bladder length-wise & tie tightly with zip ties. Like a hot dog)
5) position the bladder into place so that air valve clears the upper opening once in place
6) re-position front spring back into place, add the spacer & valve & hose to top of bladder, snip zip ties to allow bladder to form into shape
7) un-compress front spring & re-fasten into original place
8) fill bladder with air

At 40 pounds...the Airlift 1000 raises front end of my Vegas about an inch.
It also creates a very slight air space under my front SUMO Springs (vs prior to Airlift install the SUMO Springs we’re taking all of the weight/load & resting on the axle).

SUMOs now provide extra support, rather than all of the support.

The Airlift bladders can be inflated to 20-50 pounds.

It was an inexpensive mod (under $100) and allowed me to gain front end clearance and softer ride over rough roads.

PM me if you have any questions

If you unbolt the top or bottom bolts on the shocks and also unbolt the sway bar link the suspension will drop far enough that the spring can be taken out without compressing it.

It's usually safer to take springs out uncompressed when possible. Compressing springs as heavy as on an E450 takes a lot of pressure and if the spring compressor isn't strong enough it could break and really hurt somebody. Bottom line, be vewwy vewwy careful when compressing springs and if you can do the job without compressing them, do it that way.

That's the company lawyer safe answer but it's wrong. They fit fine on both the E350 and E450 chassis, front and rear. Just make sure on the rears that you have the right kit for your rig because the E350's and E450's are different.
