Dry Washing an RV

Any recommendations? Has anyone used Rain X dry wash? How well does it work and what's the prep involved? I drove through a places and the bugs I encountered make the RV look like I drove through a war zone.

I'm looking for a way to dry wash my RV. I've found fewer and fewer campgrounds will let you wash one. Blue Beacon and the like are ok, but the acid they use is taking it's toll on the gelcoat. You ask them not to use it but most of the time, they do anyway.

I'd rather not travel like a tramp/hillbilly/redneck. I apologize if some are proud of that label.
