Hello all, just received my 2020 Windsport 35M and am going through everything....have a question or am I missing something? How do you turn on the Winegard 2.0? Cant seem to link up!!!

Did you get a manual with it? You should have got a separate manual for each appliance in your RV?

From what I have seen, Thor is working the ConnecT 2.0 to be powers on at all times (there is no On / Off switch). There is a switch to toggle between the HD antenna or camp cable. It is usually in a cabinet and it is a wall plate with a push button and green LED light to indicate whether the HD antenna is on or off.

Now with all the out of the way, you should have received a manual for the ConnecT 2.0 and there is a label on the front cover. The label will list the SSID so you can connect to the Wi-Fi and the password.

You need to use a tablet, PC or phone and open a web browser and type in 10.11.12.1 after connecting to the SSID. You can then use Admin as the username and the password on your manual to log into the system and set it up.

It's honestly a royal pain in the arse to get it working. Search YouTube on the subject and follow closely, as it's all done in a very particular order. Must have a good known WiFi (at home preferably) to set it up, and might want a dedicated phone or tablet in the coach to manage it, as all is lost if you switch cell phones and must do it all over.

I use the Winegard app from the App Store and it works very well. You simply get on the SSID of the winegard and open the app. From there, you choose the WiFi or hotspot to use. I love the fact that as we move from place to place, I just have to update the winegard with the camp Wi-Fi (or hotspot or home WiFi) and all my devices work without any reconfigurations.

Looking for the admin password , I maybe missing a manual.

The only manual that I have for the Winegard system is the Winegard connect 2.0 install/operation manual.
No mention of admin password.

Would there be another manual under the dome?

Nope the manual you have is the one. Mine had a sticker/Label attached to the first page that included the admin password.

I have a 2020 29m with the Winguard. Like others have stated, its on all the time when you switch the main disconnect switch. Just download the app and find the sticker in the manual. Mine was on the cellophane wrapping of the manual.
