Factory Spare Tire Mount

I have a 2016 Chateau 26A. Looking for the factory under carriage spare tire mount.

As Ted alluded to..... very, very few coaches come with a mount let alone a spare tire. If you do a search you will find several creative solutions as well as aftermarket options.

I installed the Roadmaster Hitch Mount Spare Tire Carrier on my Magnitide SV34 and then purchased a rim and tire to carry as a spare.

If you have roadside assistance it may take a few hours but they will bring you a tire and change it for you. Your coach uses a common size tire so there should be minimal delay. Replace your ties every 5 or 6 years, carry a plug kit and a compressor and your chances of needing a spare are pretty slim. I have been driving for more than half of a century and I’ve NEVER had to change a tire on the side of the road.

I assume you have an E450 chassis (being that your rig is a 2016 Class C).
On my E450 chassis I have room behind the 55 gal gas tank.
I had to deflate tire to 10-15#, but it’ll fit.
Then added a couple of cross-bars to keep in place.
I carry overalls so I can crawl under once I Jack up rear with my hydraulic levelers.
As stated above…there are many threads on this subject including several who describe adding a “lowering” mechanism taken from a truck.

I have looked and looked. Lippert makes a hoist cable system, https://www.etrailer.com/Spare-Tire-.../LC159056.html but you would have to mount it similar to what taylorbob1 did. I have been reluctant to drill holes in my brand new chassis but I have a hunch that things will change once I have been on the road a while. Right now I am using a hitch mount.
