Engine shut down issue

Hurricane 2006 V10 Ford F53 Chassis. Workhorse 20

Purchased vehicle about three months ago. Have had a couple instances, where when I turn a corner the engine shuts down. This was always at low speed but, loosing power steering and brake booster is a little dicey. I immediately shift to neutral and restart, but this is a unsafe issue. Anybody out there ever experienced this?

Any sugguestion?

Had an expedition that had a power steering wire short to ground when the steering wheel was turned. Ford had issued a TSB on the issue. That caused the engine shutdown at times. Heat shrink on the wire was the solution.
