And
The rear dash cam is, well, a dash cam.
It will not only work as a rear view cam but it will record on a continuous loop, never having to be messed with unless you want to review something. Auto records and locks files during an accident and has motion detection which will pick up the rv being rocked or something crawling around the rv.
$30
(I haven't hooked mine up yet, but it's here waiting its turn)
There are add-on overlay lenses for cell phones which allow you to change the perspective. I think 50mm,(that's about one to one) is the right choice but they have, or had, up to 200mm closeup lenses. Simple and cheap, they maybe will adapt easily to the dash cam to get you the field of view you want.
I won't look them up but I think 10 to 30 bucks is what I remember.
And
Somewhere in the thread in my signature is information my two 12" overhead flip down monitors. 64 bucks each with a DVD player and three video inputs.
